Very Good
The hotel is a very good place to relax, Direct on the beach. It is also very close to the old town and 15 min by car to the Marina of Hurghada. All rooms have a see view. It is amazing to wake up or relax in the balcony and watch the see and the amazing view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The animation team is doing their best to keep the guests entertained and joyful from the morning to the late evening. Last and not least, the owners of the hotel are always around to help and assist if there is any issue around.

Very Good
The staff is the highlight of this hotel specially Mr. Ziad. They tried very hard to make our stay a very personal experience which we really enjoyed. Location is very nice and rooms are very clean and spacious.
No free WiFi in the rooms and the food could be more diverse.

Decent breakfast and dinner, good selection of foods. Lovely location and a very pleasant stay. Staff were helpful and they changed our room from twin to double beds for us no fuss

What was the highlight of Magic Beach Hotel Hurghada
A good place to relax if you don't have high expectations.
The hotel was right on the seaside and had a small but private beach. The privacy of the sunbeds was much appreciated and so was the silence. The sea water was warm. We had a double room with the balcony towards the pool and the sea, right in the middle of the 6th floor. The personnel were very helpful, especially Mr. Abdu, who was always greeting us by our names and who kept our luggage safe during the last day, after the check-out. A wonderful person that we would certainly like to meet again. We had a very nice time with the guy from the show, the one with long braids, but we do not remember his name. The boys from the restaurant were always attentive and Mr. Ziad from the front desk very nice as well. We received a big bottle of water every day and beach towels. The pastry side of the buffet was wonderful, they had freshly made croissants, bread, donuts and other sweets. A nice detail was a cook that made omelette and pancakes on the spot. The sea got to 1,5m high after 200m, so it is great for those that have children or can't swim, I guess (not my thing, I want to swim after 2-3m, but it's a taste thing). It was very clear and clean.
The room, although cleaned every day (which only means that the bed was made and the garbage thrown out), was quite dirty, since from the day we got in and until we left, the wardrobe had a huge smudge on it and many fingerprints all over. The fridge was unplugged and full of dirt inside so we didn't dare to use it. The toilet was dirty inside when we received the room. The water kettle had been used and not cleaned, still with water inside. The only hygiene articles were a small bar soap and a liquid soap dispenser. The hairdryer was loose and fell off the wall at the first touch. One of the bedside lamps without function as the one from the balcony. Not exactly a 4* thing, whereas there were no towel arrangements on the bed, no slippers or shampoo/shower gel bottles waiting for us. The buffet had always the same fish and the same roasted chicken, the same (almost raw) potatoes and same eggplant moussaka without any meat in. Yes, it was a buffet, but it was hard to find variety in it, except when they grilled outside, because then it was good. No playground for small children, in case you plan a family vacation.
